What are your acquisition strategies?
The best strategy is to get the right content with the best quality, because the competition is very high. So unless you get the best you won' t get any network who will be interested in the low or poor quality programs and this is our strategy.
What programs are you looking for?
We mainly deal with documentary programs or films (all types) - children programs & Animation - sports - light comedy, most programs are of American or European origin, but we are also open to all other production, the main thing is to be in English language.
What foreign programs did you buy this year?
Last MIPTV, we acquired one TV show from the Netherlands (" On Land At Sea & on the Air ") and right now we are negotiating with several French distributing companies regarding their new programs, which we have screened when we were attending the TV market of France TV International at Biarritz - France. We screened programs from Marathon, ARTE, Europe Images International, and IM5.
What national programs did you buy this year?
We don't buy national programs, we only distribute for our clients within the territory we are based (" Arabian Gulf ") and we only represent the national programs of our clients not any other programs.
What are your acquisition plans?
This year we are planning to close most of the deals, which we have been negotiating, also we are planning to expand and visit new markets in Eastern Europe & in Asia.
