What are your acquisition strategies?
This market we becoming more and more involved in New Media business, so we need "prime-time" short programs, more likely series 50 – 100 episodes each. We do prefer package deals, but it is not each to find the company with wide range of short programs.
What products are you looking for? What are your key acquisition deals in 2007?
We are strictly looking for New Genius formats of Mobile Drama, looking for Fashion, Luxury issues and of cause, whimsical animated series with could suits curiosity of young generation and intrigue them. Genres – all, which could be new for Russian market. The most interesting programs for us – American. But, as my experience shows, main deals was with European companies and couple of genius programs we find out in Asia.
What are your plans on MIPTV?
New meetings, new agreements, and ‘tonns'of New Media programs and Formats. And the same time we are expanding the territory of our presents, we are getting in touch with European companies, which are working with Classical Media and Licensing and not present in the Market of Russia and CIS yet. So, we are already presenting some companies and they are becoming our Representatives in their countries. |
