What are your acquisition strategies?
Content is the key to acquiring customers. We are looking to acquire different rights for multiple platforms for a specific period. We are looking for Revenue share deals as well as outright purchase of the rights.
What genres are you looking for?
At IOL, our main focus is on programs like Movies, Fashion, Religion, Science, Animation, Travel & Lifestyle, Music and Documentaries covering different genres. We are looking to serve large masses across the nation with different tastes.
Can you give us several titles of domestic and international products that you acquired this year?
2007 was a successful year at MIPCOM where we partnered with some big names in the industry for great quality Documentaries and also some major Hollywood titles.
How many hours of programming will you acquire this year?
We are looking to acquire nearly 500+ hours of programming covering different genres and many English Tele Films.
Products from what countries are important for you?
We are mainly acquiring English language content from overseas and the local and regional language content are procured locally. Our main focus is on countries like USA, UK, Australia and also Asia.
