What are your acquisition strategies?
We are looking for breakthrough, different stories that will appeal to our audience of Millennials.
What products are you looking for?
Though the network gravitates more toward scripted, we are open to non-scripted projects. We're also looking at movie opportunities in all stages from development to completed films.
Can you name the most successful titles that you acquired this year?
We premiered our first original animated special, "A Miser Brothers' Christmas" (produced in Canada) as part of the network's 25 Days of Christmas programming event, and "Another Cinderella Story" this year, both of which performed very well for us.
What products will be on demand during MIPCOM 2009?
Co-production opportunities are presenting themselves more frequently as a more efficient way to launch quality-scripted series.
