What are your acquisition strategies?
ALSAT-M is the only TV station in Macedonia that is airing its programs bilingually, namely on Albanian and Macedonian, thus promoting the free and open society, politically and geographically oriented toward the modern democratic processes in Europe.

Can you name the most successful titles that you acquired this year?
This year, we have concluded several very important deals. For the first time, ALSAT-M has a direct contract with WARNER BROS. Thanks to this, we will be able to offer "E-RING" and "Mortal Kombat: Conquest" to our viewers in the new season. However, bearing in mind the specifics of our audience, and that is the Albanian minority in the Republic of Macedonia; we purchased the rights for several Turkish TV series. We are currently airing "Kurtlar Vadisi – Pusu" ("Valley of the Wolves" – Ambush), which is an absolute hit, purchased from PANA FILM, Istanbul and we have just concluded yet another deal with CALINOS Entertainment from Istanbul for three TV series: "One True Love", "Missing Years" and "Saying Goodbye". We strongly feel that we will be able to offer our audience a broad perspective to the most recent TV productions and balance the different tastes in the right way. Of course, our new programs will be integrated prudently in our new program scheme, along with our show programs, news and feature movies.
What products are you looking for?
What we will be looking in the future are action packed movies and new contracts with the major companies, like Fox and Walt Disney. |
