What are your acquisition strategies?
Kids these days want shows that are fun, intelligent and innovative. For Nickelodeon Latin America, we look for content that is from kids' point of view that offers them humor and access across multiple platforms (TV, Internet, Mobile, etc.)

What products are you looking for?
We are looking for live action and animation comedy series that target kids ages 7 to 11 with driven and entertaining that entertain kids. Comedy has been a key element in our success, so we are continuing this trend. It is also beneficial for content to already have mobile and web components attached.
Can you name the most successful titles that you acquired this year?
For Nick Latin America, the most successful title has been the original co-production Isa TKM, the acquisition of Karkú season 3 and most recently "The Elephant Princess" ("Alexandra la Princesa del Rock").
What products will be in demand during MIPCOM 2009?
There is a lack of animation programming for boys & girls 7-11. We would like to see more kids and teens' programming that is written for today's young audiences – smart, sophisticated and with non-stop laughs.
