Studios: Russian World Studios (RWS) Will Invest 100 Million Dollars in ANAPAFILM Production Complex.

The studio will be located two hundred kilometers from the world famous summer residence of President of Russian Federation. An American architect that has already worked on many projects for many worldwide film studios, in particular, for Disney Studios in Hollywood, will begin work on our project. Andrei Smirnov President of RWS tells Miracle Screenings the story of this project.

Personalities : Yuri Mamin, an outstanding comedy director, returns to a big screen.

In the middle of 1990 's, only the laziest Frenchman missed "Salades Russes" in France (it was named "The Window to Paris " in Russian theatrical release) - the most known film from Yuri Mamin, an outstanding Russian film director. The reaction to this film at the Toronto Film Festival and at other screenings in New York and Los Angeles has been terrific both with the critics and the audiences. In 1994, judging from the high quality of this work, Michael Barker, the co-president of Sony Pictures Classics proposed to submit this film as Russian official entry for Best Foreign Language Film Academy Award. In his estimation, "Salades Russes" had a good chance to win the prestigious Oscar Award. He also predicted a success in theatrical release among American viewers. Today, 12 years on, inspired by an old oriental parable, Yuri Mamin is working on his new film "Don't Think about White Monkeys". Miracle Screenings asked Yuri Mamin about his new film and his plans.
